Coffs Coast Climate Action Group has signed on to a submission to the Government's Climate Change policy review, written by Darebin Climate Action Now and endorsed by 29 other grassroots groups around Australia.  It really tells it like it is and is worth a read!  Download it below.
Of course it is a long way from what the current Government will do, but this is why we are building a social movement to create the change we need for a liveable climate and safe future for us all. 

We had a fantastic turnout on the 23rd of May at our Stop Adani Highway Protest and so much tooting from the community.
The community support was undeniable, we had toots from the big semis, from school buses, even the police gave us a thumbs up.
Around 40 protectors stood on the Pacific Highway in Coffs Harbour during afternoon peak hour, asking motorists to toot if they wanted to stop Adani’s plan for Australia’s largest coal mine. We had cheeky Stop Adani dances which really helped the happy supportive mood of this successful event.
Our campaign is growing every day and has been our most successful campaign ever. And we will not stop until we have #StopAdani.
